Our mission is to take responsible decisions to benefit our community, customers, and the environment around us.
We are leading the way on sustainability at Cleveland Retail Park and in the surrounding environment and seek to provide tenants and visitors with information on ESG-related issues plus opportunities for action to create positive change.
Biodiversity
The four bird boxes installed in 2020 have been a success and are currently inhabited by sparrows and robins.
A goal is in place to increase levels of planting of native species by 50% over the next five years.
A review is undergoing, considering cleaning specifications and eco-friendly product utilisation.
Energy / Carbon
100% of our electricity in public spaces comes from renewable sources like wind and solar.
